It's not actually manned at all. You (as in the NWS person) can get into the building but it's fully automated.

This is a gorgeous shot. I love how craggy the mountains are out west.

That's an interesting geological formation...it looks like an old crater. Amazing view!

That's really high! I'm near Mt. LeConte in the Smokies which is 1000 feet less. It effects our weather here.

These things are so cool. Do people live there or just drive in to work there?
